    4-5 whole peaches
    4-5 tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 large cucumber
    .5 cup apple cider vinager
    1 cup brown sugar- adjust to taste
    Salt to taste


Chop & mix produce.

Place in sauce pan and add salt & vinegar, bring to boil. Add sugar and mix. cook 5 mins.

let cool, and put in pint jars.

Complete canning process- I did a water bath with jars submerged about 12 mins. Let cool and lids popped and stored in fridge(though you probably don't need too)

Serving Size: makes 4 pint jars- serving size in 1/2 cup salsa
