    1 - Can of Tuna (in water)
    1- Hard boiled Egg
    2 - Tbsp Mayo (reg or light)
    1 - Tsp olive oil
    1/2 - Small yellow onion (finely chopped)
    1 1/2 - cup of mixed salad (your choice)

Directions

mix all ingredients and top on mixed salad (chill if desired)
