Introduction
A great tasting salad, serve chilled. I will make it ahead to have during the week for my lunch or added with dinner. I will add hemp seeds for more protein. A great tasting salad, serve chilled. Ingredients

2 med apples, peeled
1/2 bell pepper
1 cumber, peeled
Red onion, 1/8 sliced thin
1 C cherry tomatoes
1 12 oz bag of broccoli slaw
Walden's Sweet Onion Dressing 1/2 Cup
Mix and chill.
Tips
I will add 1 tbsp of hemp seed for more protein.
This is great with pears and use Walden's Pear Balsamic dressing.
Directions
Removed skin from apples and cucumber,
Chop bell pepper and onion,
slice up the cherry tomatoes in half then add
mix in salad dressing and chill. Serve chilled.
