Ingredients


    Philadelphia Light, 125 g
    *COON Light & Tasty Cheese, 145 gram(s), grated
    *Sauvignon Blanc, 0.5 cup
    Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1.5 tsp
    *green onion (spring onion), 0.25 cup
    Jalapeno Peppers, 0.125 cup, sliced
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

Melt cheeses with garlic, mustard and rice flour over low heat - stirring to blend. Add remaining ingredients and blend in. Bring slowly to simmer while stirring.

Serving Size: Serves 2 - 4 accompanied by bread or fresh veggies to dip
