    2 C All Bran Buds
    2 C Boiling Water
    10 T Butter
    1 Qt Skim Milk + 1 Oz Lemon Juice
    4 Eggs
    3 C Whole Wheat Flour
    2 C Rolled Oats
    6 C All Bran Cereal
    1 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 C Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    5 t Baking Soda

    Optional (not included in nutritional values):
    4 T Cinnamon & 1 t. Ground Cloves
    4 Mashed Bananas & 2 C Chopped Walnuts
    2 C Mashed Pumpkin, 2 T Cinnamon & 1 t.
    Ground Cloves


Pour All Bran Buds into Boiling water, mix well and cool. This will make a bran "mash". Add butter and skim milk / lemon juice to bran "mash" and mix well. Add eggs and mix well. Fold in whole wheat flour, rolled oats, all bran cereal, splenda brown sugar blend, apple sauce and baking soda and mix well.

Line muffin cups with papers, if desired. Spoon 3 - 4 T. of mix into muffin cups and bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
