Ingredients

    1 1/4 Cup Instant Oats or Oatmeal
    1 1/4 Cup Water
    1 Cup Instant Pancake Mix
    1 Tsp Baking Powder
    4 oz. Snack Pack Cup Natural Applesauce
    2 Tsp Cinnamon Sugar

Tips

Sprinkle some extra cinnamon sugar on pancakes when ready to eat. Add applesauce or fresh fruit for more flavor.


Directions

Mic Oats and Water in mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Heat small cast iron skillet to low/medium heat. Use 1/3 cup measuring cup to pour individual pancakes. Flip when bubbles start to form on top and edges begin to brown. Cook approximately 1 minute on each side.
