    1 English Muffin (I used Thomas Hearty Grains, double fiber Honey wheat, for its low fat content)
    1 serving of lean turkey sausage
    1 egg white.

    Cook egg white and sausage to your preference, then stack on the sausage and egg on the muffin and enjoy.
