    beat together until creamy:
    3/4 c butter
    1/2 c brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c sugar

    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla

    sift together then add to wet ingredients:
    1 3/4 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder

    2 c zucchini, grated


add to greased loaf pan. bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
