Simple to do...tastes great! Simple to do...tastes great!
Number of Servings: 10

1 whole 4-5 lb rabbit (frozen okay)
    1 whole onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    4 medium carrots, cut up
4 medium potatoes w/ skins on, cut up
    8-10 cups chicken broth
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp thyme
    1 tbsp basil
    2 tsp parsley

(Bones can be annoying.) After serving, I try to debone the remaining rabbit for better leftovers. But I feel that significant time is saved when using a rabbit from freezer to crockpot.

Use slow cooker.
Put frozen rabbit in crock pot.
Cut up veggies & add.
Pour broth over all.
Sprinkle on seasonings, to taste.
Set on high for @ 5 hrs. if using frozen rabbit.

Serving Size: About 10
