A simple, quick, easy french toast. A simple, quick, easy french toast.

    2 slices whole wheat bread
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup skim milk


Mix all ingredients except bread. Dip bread slices in, coating each side; cook on skillet on medium for approx 2 minutes each side, until browned.
