    4 Cups of quick oats
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup of coconut shredded
    1 cup sliced raw almonds
    1 cup of either walnuts or pecans (what ever you prefer)
    3/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup honey
    1/4 cup maple syrup ( must be the real thing)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup craisins
    1 cup raisins


Mix dry ingredients together except the dried fruit, then mix together the wet ingredients and pour over the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is coated. Spread on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Every 10 minutes stir all the ingredients on the cookie sheet. The granola will turn golden brown. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack. Add your dried fruit as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Cool completely. When you remove from cookie sheet the granola should have hardened and will break into small balls of granola yum!
