    Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweeten, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Splenda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Walnuts, .75 oz (remove)

Tips

you may want to add more splenda but I found it just right.


Directions

Throw everything into the blender on high till smooth.
