    1 tspn garlic powder
    3 large tomatos
    6 TBs parmesan
    3 TBs olive oil
    Italian seasoning and salt to taste
    1 cup mushroom pieces drained
    2 oz red wine


Chop the tomatoes. Cook with red wine, olive oil, mushrooms, and spices for 20 minutes on stove medium low heat or in microwave about 6 minutes on 30%. Taste and cook a little longer if needed. Add salt if desired. Stir and serve over pasta or vegetables. Add parmesan on top.
