    8 flour tortillas (soft taco size)
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup green bell peppers, diced
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
    1 14.5 oz. can tomatoes with green chiles
    1 16 oz. can fat free refried beans
    1 16 oz. enchilada sauce
    4 cups shredded fiesta blend cheese
    2 teaspoons taco seasoning


Put ground beef, onion, green pepper, and celery in skillet brown the beef. Than the taco seasoning and tomatoes. Lay out the taco shells put the refried beans on all of the them. Than beef mixture on all of the them. Then sprinkle two cups of on the beef mixtures. Roll them up put them in a 9x13 grease pan. Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes. serve and enjoy!!
