    0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    24.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    4.0 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
    2.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)
    2.0 cup Great Value No Salt added Diced Tomatoes
    8.0 serving Great Value Flour Tortillas
    2.0 cup Great Value Fat Free Refried Beans
    2.0 cup Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce
    8.0 tbsp Great Value chopped Green Chiles


Put ground beef, onion, green pepper, and celery in skillet brown the beef. Than the taco seasoning and tomatoes. Lay out the taco shells put the refried beans on all of the them. Than beef mixture on all of the them. Then sprinkle two cups of on the beef mixtures. Roll them up put them in a 9x13 grease pan. Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes. serve and enjoy!! Serving Size: 12 enchiladas
