    2.75 lbs of chuck roast sliced at meat counter into small slices
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pepper, chopped
    2 c. chopped mushrooms
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 tsp salt (to taste)
    3 tbsp olive oil
    Whole Wheat rolls
    low fat cheese


Fry up steak in Tab. of olive oil and set aside. Saute veggies and garlic in remainder olive oil. Mix with meat and salt.

Toast rolls and melt cheese on them. Add meat and veggies and top with ketchup and serve. Makes 12 servings.
