Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cups *Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    0.25 cup *Canola Oil
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole
    1 cup grated carrot
    0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    1.5 cups Banana, fresh mashed
    0.5 cup Raisins, (not packed)

Directions

Heat oven to 35 degrees
Put dry ingredients in separate bowl and mix together.
Put all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix together. Spray bread pan with cooking spray. Put batter into bread pan and place in oven. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on baking rack.

Serving Size: Makes 16 medium thin slices
