Introduction

Ingredients

    *Bush's Black Bean (Reduced Sodium), 3 C. (2 cans) drained and rinsed
    1 c. frozen corn
    2 c. steamed crisp broccoli
    sweet Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mangos, 3 cup, sliced
    1 can pineapple tidbits (1 C.) Dole, in its own juice
    Master's Touch Vine Sweet Mini Peppers (3 peppers), 3 serving
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .125 tsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Paprika, .25 tsp
    Oranges, 1 fruit (2-5/8" dia)
    Basil, 5 leaves

Directions

Mix beans, onions, mangoes, peppers, celery in a large bowl.
In a blender, mix 1 orange, oregano, cayenne, ginger, paprika and basil or cilantro; plus any other desired seasonings.

Pour the dressing over all and mix and chill.
Storing in a gallon ziploc bag will allow you to mix periodically by turning the bag or shaking.
