    2 C All Bran Buds
    2 C Boiling Water
    10 T Butter
    1 Qt Skim Milk + 1 T Lemon Juice
    4 Eggs
    3 C Whole Wheat Flour
    2 C Rolled Oats
    6 C All Bran Cereal
    1 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 C Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    2 C Unsweetened Applesauce
    5 t Baking Soda
    4 C Mashed Pumpkin
    2 T Cinnamon
    1 t Ground Cloves
    1/2 C Chopped Pecans


Pour All Bran Buds into boiling water. Mix well and cool. This will make a bran mash. Add butter and skim milk / lemon juice and mix well. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in wheat flour, rolled oats, All Bran Cereal, Splenda brown sugar, applesauce, and baking soda and mix well. Add pumpkin, cinnamon and cloves and mix well.

Line muffin cups with papers, if desired. Spoon 3 T of mix into muffin cups and sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350* for 23 minutes.
