Number of Servings: 120

2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.50 cup Flour, white
1.66 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
    1 cup Butter, unsalted

Less oatmeal will make softer cookies.

Cream butter first then add sugars and peanut butter and cream again. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together and stir into the butter mixture. Stir the oats into the mixture last. Place one teaspoonful for each cookie on a clean cookie sheet. Press each cookie with a fork dipped into sugar first one way and then at a 90 degree way. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 to 15 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 5 to 7 dozen cookies with one cookie a serving.
