    8 ounces Wholegrain pasta
    7 asparagus spears
    1 chicken breast (4 ounces)
    3 mini bell peppers
    1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
    2/3 cup of cheese
    Cayenne pepper


Add seasonings/spices according to how spicy you want the dish.


Cook pasta according to package directions.

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces, place into skillet. Cook until partially done.

Add asparagus and peppers, continue cooking until chicken is done.

Add chicken broth and cover pan, cook until asparagus is tender.

Add pasta, seasonings and cheese.
