Ingredients

    20 oz ground Turkey
    3/4 cup diced onion
    1 egg beaten
    1/2 cup bread crumbs, Italian seasoned
    2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp Worcestershire
    5 oz spinach chopped
    1/4 cup feta crumbled
    1-2 tblsp non fat Greek yogurt
    1 cup tomato sauce

Directions

mix turkey, onion,egg, garlic, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, pepper, chicken bullion, water,and set aside. Chop fresh spinach and microwave for 2 minutes and squeeze dry, or 1/2 box frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry. add feta and yogurt to spinach and mix. spray loaf pan with cooking spray, place 1/2 of turkey mixture in pan and press out, leaving a well in the center for the spinach mixture. place spinach mixture in the center, do not spread all the way to the sides. place remaining turkey mixture on top and press it out and seal edges well. Top with tomato sauce bake for 60 minutes or until done.
