    1 c cooked wild rice
    1 c cooked brown rice
    3/4 c chopped onions
    3 stalks chopped celery
    3/4 c mixed colors diced peppers
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tbsp olive oil
    pepper to taste


Heat oil, add onions & celery, add some salt. Saute for a few minutes until onions start to become translucent. Add peppers and continue to saute until becoming soft. Add the cooked rice, stir and heat through. Salt & pepper to taste.

6 half cup servings.
