    *(Veg) Courgette, 1245 gram approx. - I used two large yellow courgettes which are rounder than the normal kind. Halved and the middle scooped out, kept and chopped.
    Onions, raw, 90 grams - chopped
    White Rice, long grain, cooked, 1 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Morrisons grated mozzarella, 100 gram(s)
    Morrisons Tomato & Mascapone sauce, 158 gram(s)


Fry the onion with the courgette innards and then add the tomato and mascapone sauce. Take off the heat and stir in the mozzarella and then spoon the mixture into the courgette halves. Cook at 180 C in a fan oven for approx. 25-30 mins.
