Ingredients

    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 2 serving (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels (remove)
    Onions, raw, .4 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
    *Cumin seed, .4 tsp (remove)

Directions

1.Stir together beans, drained tomatoes, corn, onion, cilantro, lime juice and cumin in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
2.Serve with tortilla chips, tacos or burritos, if desired.
