Ingredients

Two cans of tuna, three eggs, quarter cup shredded cheese, onion and garlic powder, seasoned salt.
Directions
Mix the drained tuna, eggs, cheese, and spices.
Wash hands, form into patties. Drop patties into medium-hot oil on frying pan. When golden on one side, flip over with spatula or tongs.
I serve it with garlic aioli -- two tablespoons mayonnaise, one tablespoon sour cream, one teaspoon diced garlic (I use the kind that comes in a jar), and on teaspoon lemon or lime juice.
