Ingredients

    1 can clams
    1 can potatoes
    1.5 cup frozen corn
    1.5 cups vegetable broth
    .5 cup skim milk
    1 tbsp parsley
    1 dash hot sauce
    1 tsp thyme

Directions

Cook clams and corn in clam sauce. Add all other ingredients and boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
