    1 cup frozen strawberries
    2 cups frozen blueberries
    1 banana
    1/2 Cup coconut water
    1 cup raw milk kefir
    1.5 cups raw milk
    3 raw eggs
    1/2 tbsp raw honey
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    2 tbsp organic beef gelatin powder
    2 tbsp green powder


Use whatever fruits you would like to mix it up.
