Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in pieces
    3 T coconut oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    1 T. dried rosemary
    1 medium yellow onion, sliced
    2 gloves garlic, minced
    1 can Healthy Request Golden Mushroom soup
    1 can low-sodium chicken broth

Directions

Heat the coconut oil in large skillet and brown the chicken pieces, sprinkling the with salt, pepper and rosemary. Remove from pan when chicken is brown. Saute the onions and garlic until soft. Return chicken to pan with Golden Mushroom soup; add chicken broth. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Add frozen green beans on top and steam for another 5-10 minutes until beans are heated. Serve with rice or potatoes.
