    Carrots, raw, 3 medium- diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) diced
    *Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) diced
    *Summer Squash, 2 cup, diced
    Haddock (fish), 16 oz
    *Hunts Whole Plum Tomatoes,no salt added, 28 oz (break up in soup)
    *Snows Chopped Clams (1 serving = 1 can), 2 serving
    *Kitchen Basics Natural Seafood Stock, 4 cup
    2 bay leaves
    6 sprigs of fresh thyme
    paprika, allspice, just a dash of each... (would have used Old Bay but didn't have it)


probably could use any white fish... shrimp, etc.


Cook onions, celery, and spices together, adding the spices at the end of the softening of the veges. Add all other ingredients, cook until potatoes and vegetables are cooked. I loved my veges slightly under cooked.
