Introduction

Refreshing relaxing tea. Any tea can be used but I use decaffeinated and chamomile to relax before bedtime in the summer when it is just too hot for hot tea. Refreshing relaxing tea. Ingredients

    7 Bags Bigelow Green Tea with Mint or Chamomile
    80 fl oz Boiling Water
    3 Lemons Juice,
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup

Directions

Bring Water to a rolling boil. While the water is heating, cut tags off teabags and place into gallon sized heat resistant container. Pour boiling water over teabags. Allow to steep for at least 5 minutes. Soak longer for a stronger tea. Remove teabags. Add sweetener. Squeeze lemon juice into mix and stir. Let mixture cool to room temperature before placing in the refrigerator. Serve over Ice and add lemon slices for garnish and flavor.
