Ingredients

1 beef round steak (approximately 3/4 of a pound in size)
    1 tsp margarine
    1 tbsp steak spice
    1 tbsp curry powder
    1 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup sliced or diced mushrooms
    3/4 cup green pepper strips
    3/4 cup red pepper strips
    3/4 cup broccoli flowerettes
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts (optional)
    1/5 cup soy sauce
1 cup Minute Rice, made to directions

Directions

Slice steak into strips, sized to preference (smaller cooks quicker!).

In a pan on medium heat, melt margarine and add steak pieces. Add onions, muchrooms, steak spice, and black pepper, and soy sauce, and mix well.

When steak has browned nicely (5-10 minutes), add green and red peppers and cook, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes.

Add broccoli and water chestnuts and continue to cook, stirring well, for another 4-5 minutes.

Cook Minute Rice to directions, and when done, stir in curry powder.

Pour stirfry mixture on a bed of curry rice. Enjoy!
