Ingredients

    2 lbs. Ground Beef10% lean
    2 cups Onion (1/4" dice)
    1 cup Celery (1/4" dice)
    1 cup Carrot coarsely grated
    48 oz. Diced Tomatoes-canned
    2 cups Red KIdney Beans-canned (rinsed)
    2 cups Cannellini Beans-canned (rinsed)
    2 cups Black Beans-canned (rinsed)
    88 oz Beef Stock (not broth)
    3 tsp Oregano
    2 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    2 tsp Tabasco Sauce- or your favorite
    48 oz. Spaghetti Sauce-jarred or canned


Directions

Brown the ground beef and season to taste. Add onion, celery, carrot and simmer 5 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage and simmer uncovered for 45 minutes. Add cabbage and simmer an additional 15 minutes or until tender.
