    29 oz can pumpkin
    1 1/2 C Flour, white
    1/4 c Olive Oil
    1/3 cup apple sauce
    1 c White sugar
    1 c Brown sugar
    1 1/2 C White Whole Wheat Flour, King Arthur
    1 1/2 C White Flour
    1 tsp cloves
    1 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder

    * 1/4 C powder sugar , to sprinkle of muffins


1) preheat oven to 350 F
2) whisk together flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
3) Whisk all other ingredients in a large bowl. (NOT POWDER SUGAR, set that aside for later)
4) Place 1/3 in each muffin tin cup.
5) cook 20-25 minutes until center of muffin comes out clean when you prick it with a knife or toothpick.
6) When done , let set for 5 minutes , than remove from Tin.
7) When cool sprinkle with powder sugar

Serving Size: makes 24 muffins. (use 1/3 c in each muffin)
