Introduction

We like sausage instead of beef in our spaghetti. It adds another flavor. We like sausage instead of beef in our spaghetti. It adds another flavor.

Ingredients

    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb of Italian Sausage (roll)
    1 tbsp Oregano
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 14.5oz Diced Canned Tomatoes
    1 jar of Spaghetti Tomato & Basil Sauce
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    Wheat Spaghetti

Directions

Cook pasta according to package.
Add olive oil to skillet and sweat onions and green peppers. Move onions and peppers to one side of skillet and add sausage. Crumble sausage with spatula. Drain grease. Return sausage, onions and peppers to skillet, add diced tomatoes, spices, Classico sauce and stir together on med-low heat.
