Introduction

I've made this rice for YEARS, and now after realizing the nutritional info calculations, I'll be making it less often. Wow ... I had no idea. But it is DELICIOUS. I've made this rice for YEARS, and now after realizing the nutritional info calculations, I'll be making it less often. Wow ... I had no idea. But it is DELICIOUS.

Ingredients

    3 large egg whites
    2 tablespoons Kirkland Crumbed Real Bacon Bits
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 oz - leftover Beef
    1 clove mashed garlic
    1/2 cup brown rice
    2 tablespoons - Soy Sauce


Directions

Add the olive oil to the pan and cook the garlic until brown. Cook the egg whites in this as well, and add the bacon and leftover meat.

Add the RICE last with the soy sauce.

Serving Size: 1 cup
