Ingredients

    Ground turkey 12 oz
    Yellow onion 1
    Bell pepper 1.5
    Tomato paste half cup
    White or brown rice 3.5 cups
    tomatoes 3 chopped
    olive oil 1 tbs
    water 1 cup

Directions

Sautee the onion untill soft about 8 minutes, add bell pepper and tomatoes sautee for another 5 minutes add meat and cook untill no longer pink add tomato paste and one cup water and simmer until thickenes, cook your rice seperately and add to your meat sauce , enjoy!!
