    2 Eggplant
    1 Jar Ragu Chunky Garden Style Sauce
    8 oz Mozzarella, part skim


Cut Eggplant into slices, salt for 20mins and rinse. Bake Eggplant on cookie sheet for 10 minutes, flip, another 10 minutes at 350. Layer Eggplant, sauce and cheese two times, bake for 30 minutes at 350.
