Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Medium Heirloom Tomatoes (Or whatever tomato you prefer!)

    1 Clove Garlic

    1/2 Cup Sliced Zucchini

    1 1/2 oz Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

    4" Whole Grain Pita Pocket Bread

    1 Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt

    1 Pinch Black Pepper


Tips

May even be good without added slices of tomato and a little more cheese!


Directions

Split your Pita pocket in half and Place on a baking sheet.

Slice 6 thin slices of tomato, set aside, and put the remaining tomato in the blender along with garlic and zucchini. Blend into paste/sauce.

Spread your sauce onto your two halves of pita. Place 3 tomato slices each on top then spread your shredded cheese. Add your pinches of salt and pepper to each.

Place in the oven on a LOW BROIL on one of the LOWER RACKS until Edges and cheese are slightly brown. It happens quick so keep a close eye!
