    -3/4 cup almond milk
    -1 tsp. cacao nibs (optional)
    -1 tbs. chia seeds (This makes the oats thicken.)
    -1 tsp. honey
    -Cinnamon
    -1 tsp. vanilla
    -1Tbsp Almond butter original
