    Flour, white, 1 1/3 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup, packed
    Instant Regular Oats, 1 cup, dry, yields
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 3 Tbsp
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Egg white, 1
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Kirkland Signature Rader Farms Nature's Three Berries (Raspberries , Blueberries, Marionberries), 1 cup


Preheat oven to 425 F

Combine all dry ingredients together
Make a well in the center of the dry and combine the liquid ingredients and blend then blend the liquid with the dry until moistened

Shake the berries in a bag with 1/2 tbsp of flour to coat and add berries to the muffin mixture just before baking stirring slightly and gently so not to turn your muffins completely blue

Spray muffin pan with Pam and as with most muffins fill muffin tin 3/4 full (for 12 muffins I fill to the top and get 10 muffins)

Bake for 15-17 min or until the tops are nice and brown and crispy
