    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Jay Robb Egg Protein)
    1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/2 of a frozen banana
    2 handfuls of ice
    Sweetener (if desired)

Directions

Put everything in a blender and mix until smooth.
