Ingredients

    10 servings Boneless Loin Pork Chop, with trimmed fat.
    3 bundles Green Onions
    1 bag Baby Carrots
    2 stalks Celery
    10 cooked cups Rice
    0.5 Soy Sauce
    2 lg eggs (all I had)

Directions

Cooked pork in slower cooker for about 4 hours with my own flavorings. (e.g. soy sauce, hoisin, red pepper flakes, etc.)

thinly sliced carrots and sautéed in olive oil to barely soft, but not crunchy. added bottom of onions and cooked until tender.

precooked rice in cooker. added to above, then added eggs and celery, mixed well in fry pan.

diced up super tender cooked pork and added, then added onion tops, mixed well again, added some pepper and the soy sauce. mixed well once more.
