    2 bananas, chopped into chunks
    0.5 cups/125ml natural yogurt
    1.5 cups/ 350mls semi skimmed milk
    0.5 tsp cinnamon


For added flavour, add either 1 tbsp of Peanut butter, or 1 tbsp of Maple Syrup (neither in kcal calculations)

Try using frozen sliced banana, for a milkshake flavour


Blend all ingredients togther

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
