Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 large sweet potato (shredded)
    1 crisp apple (shredded)
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground clove
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

    Lard for frying

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except for the lard.

In a hot pan, add a bit of lard to keep the patties from sticking. Place 2-4 patties in hot pan, not quite touching. Add some water so it steams up & cover. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn patties over, add more water if needed, cover & cook 5 more minutes.
