    6 Pork Chops - bone removed / pounded 1/4" thin
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 1/2 cup Honey Nut Chex Cereal smashed
    1 Tbsp Basil
    1/4 t salt
    1/4 t pepper
    1/4 cup Flour
    1 TBSP Yellow Mustard
    2 Large Egg Whites
    2 TBSP Canola Oil

Debone and Smash the pork chops thin
Smash the chex cereal and mix with the cheese, basil, salt and pepper.
Mix the egg whites and mustard
Dip each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess, then egg mixture, then cereal mixture
Heat large skillet over Medium heat. Add oil to pan and swirl to coat.
Cook porkchops for 3 minutes per side - do not crowd pan, make 2 batches.
