    10 cups cauliflower
    2 eggs beaten
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    2 cloves or minced garlic.


I didn't drain cauliflower well enough and I made it about an inch thick. It was very good but not what it is supposed to be like. I will try it again properly this time.


Cook cauliflower until done then blend or mash to consistency of mashed potatoes. Add cheese, eggs and spices. Put in pan about 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 450 for 20-25 min. Until browned. Add more cheese if you want. I didn't it was cheesy enough for us.
