    1 lbs extra lean ground turkey
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1/2 tsp chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp curry powder
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    2 Tbsp chopped raw cilantro
    2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
    1/4 c panko bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 c golden raisins, slightly chopped


Mix all ingredients in bowl. Split into 4 equal portions and form each portion into patties. Broil or grill for about 6 minutes per side till done in the middle.
