    Jenny O Lean Ground Turkey - 20 oz.
    Garlic Powder - 1 tsp.
    Onion Powder - 1 tsp.
    Pace mild chunky salsa - 3 tbsp.
    chopped fresh cilantro - about 1 tbsp.
    cayenne pepper - .25 tsp.
    salt - .25 tsp.

    Romaine lettuce - 12 leaves


I like using Jenny-O Lean Turkey, but for people wanting less fat, extra lean turkey can be used. Use a little extra water in the frying pan to avoid sticking.


Chop up cilantro and separate out the Romain Lettuce leaves.

I use a little water in the skillet to start with to keep the turkey from sticking.
Turn burner on to medium heat and start turkey to browning.
Separate it into small pieces and add other ingredients except for the lettuce.
Mix them all together as it cooks. Make sure turkey is thoroughly cooked (no pink) then allow to cool slightly.

Spoon onto Romaine lettuce leaves, wrap it and eat.
