Number of Servings: 6


    6 oz whole wheat Spaghetti
    2 c diced cooked ham
    3 tbsp margarine
    4-6 oz sliced mushrooms
    4-6 green onions
    4 tbsp flour
    1 c chicken broth
    1 c skim milk
    1/2 tsp seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp garlic seasoned pepper or other pepper blend
    dash cayenne
    1 c shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 325.

Cook pasta according to package direction, drain and add diced ham.

Heat butter over medium low heat; add mushrooms, cook until tender, add green onions. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk,. Add seasonings and cook stirring constantly until thickened. Stir into spaghetti ham mixture, stir in cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and chees is melted.
