    1/2 lb ground turkey
    6 eggs
    2 oz milk
    1 c shredded cheddar cheese
    2 c hash browns


Brown & drain turkey, seasoning to taste (I used sage, thyme, rosemary,and garlic). Layer in bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.

Whip eggs and milk in a bowl and pour over turkey. Cover with a layer of cheese and then hash browns.

Bake 25 minutes at 375, or until hash browns are done.
